At Omnira, every pair is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before it begins its journey to you. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Many orders are dispatched sooner depending on product availability and order volumes.
During new collection launches, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Complimentary Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes.
To confirm a COD order, an advance payment of ₹500 is required at the time of placing your order. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.
The advance payment confirms your order and allows us to begin preparing your handcrafted pair.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:
Metro cities: 2–4 working days
Other locations: 4–7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking details so you can follow your shipment throughout its journey.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order.
Omnira cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Undelivered or Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, our team will contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned orders.
